Supervisors OK medical marijuana ordinance

Following a 45-minute hearing, the Marin County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Dec. 8 to adopt an ordinance that would allow the licensing of up to four dispensaries.

“The Marin Medical Cannabis ordinance passed on a unanimous vote today after extensive hearings, public participation and feedback, significant staff time and work of the subcommittee of Supervisor [Judy] Arnold and me,” Supervisor Damon Connolly said.
