It’s day 146 without a budget in Pennsylvania. As our State Representatives return to Harrisburg later today, they’ve got more than just the budget to consider. One of the items is the Medical Marijuana Bill.
After sitting in Committee for months, Senate Bill 3 is heading to the House floor.
