Maine Medical Marijuana Expansion Bill Stalled in Senate

PORTLAND, ME — Last week, Maine’s House of Representatives overwhelmingly voted in favor of a bill to expand the state’s medical marijuana program by removing a requirement that a patient’s medical condition be debilitating.
