Pittsburgh firm establishes medical marijuana practice group
Tucker Arensberg has formed a practice group to focus on medical marijuana, the Downtown-based law firm announced Monday. The group chaired by Barry K. Nelson will offer legal support for clients who produce and distribute the therapy, which is expected to become available for adult patients in Pennsylvania within the next two years. Gov.
