Arkansas to Develop Regulations for Medical Cannabis

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Arkansas voters joined seven others states on election day by approving the use of marijuana for either medical or recreational purposes.
Fifty-three percent of Arkansas voters approved Issue 6. State health officials now have 120 days to develop regulations and licensing guidelines for patients to obtain medical cannabis.
