HAMDEN, CT — Super-majorities of voters believe that medical cannabis should be legal, and most men additionally support legalizing marijuana for all adults, according to the results of a Quinnipiac University Swing State poll.

Pollsters gauged support for marijuana law reform in Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania State House Health Committee voted unanimously on Friday to reassign Senate Bill 3, which would allow seriously ill Pennsylvanians to access medical marijuana with recommendations from their doctors. The committee voted to re-refer the bill to the House Rules Committee for further consideration.

The vote follows the filing of a discharge petition by Rep. HARRISBURG, PA —  A bill that could bring some forms of medical marijuana to patients in Pennsylvania cleared a final committee on Monday, and will now be sent to the floor of the Senate for a vote as early as Wednesday.

Pennsylvania Senate Could Vote on Medical Marijuana Next Week

HARRISBURG, PA — Lawmakers in the full Pennsylvania Senate could vote on a bill to allow some forms of medical marijuana in the state next week.

The bill, Senate Bill 3, would first have to clear the Senate Appropriations Committee, which is scheduled to consider the bill on Monday, according to the committee’s legislative calendar.  If approved by the committee, which is expected, the bill would move to the floor of the full Senate for a vote, which could happen as early as Wednesday.
