Wisconsin Governor Signs Measure Expanding CBD-Exemption Law
MADISON, WI — Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker signed legislation, Senate Bill 10, this week amending the state’s 2014 cannabidiol (CBD) exemption law.
Under the new law, patients may possess non psychoactive CBD products for any medical condition as long as the use of such products is recommended by a physician.
Under the previous law, the use of such products were only permitted for those diagnosed with seizure disorders.
