Postal Service must take mail including pot advertisements

None of the guidelines the Department of Justice has given U.S. Attorneys for cracking down on marijuana mentions advertisements in the mail.

It is illegal to mail newspapers or other material that contain advertising for marijuana products, but local postal officials can’t refuse to accept such mail, the U.S. Postal Service said.
