New York Assembly Passes Medical Marijuana Emergency Access Bill

ALBANY, NY — Lawmakers in the New York Assembly have voted to approve a bill that would create a program providing emergency access to medical marijuana for patients with the most urgent needs, including children suffering from severe epilepsy.
