Medical Marijuana Bill Filed in Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Once again, an Indiana Democrat is hoping to push through legislation to allow medical marijuana use in the state.

State Senator Karen Tallian (D-Portage) filed Senate Bill 209 on Wednesday.  If passed, the proposal would establish a medical marijuana program allowing patients and their caregivers to possess a limited amount of marijuana to treat certain medical conditions.
