Marijuana Possession Becomes Legal in Massachusetts on Thursday

BOSTON, MA — Adults 21 or older can legally possess up to one ounce of marijuana in public or ten ounces in their homes starting on Thursday, December 15, as the voter-approved Question 4 takes effect.
