DOJ Urges Supreme Court to Toss Lawsuit Against CO Rec Law

U.S. Solicitor General Donald Verrilli, Jr., has formally requested that the Supreme Court decline to hear a lawsuit that seeks to overturn Colorado’s three-year-old recreational cannabis law.
