Delaware Marijuana Decriminalization Vote Expected Tuesday
DOVER, DE — When the Delaware House of Representatives returns to Dover on Tuesday afternoon, one of the first pieces of legislation to be considered is expected is a bill to decriminalize small amounts of marijuana.
