Canary App Permits Marijuana Consumers to Gauge Their Personal Performance

WASHINGTON, DC — Representatives of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) on Wednesday endorsed Canary, the first-ever mobile app that quickly and accurately measures one’s personal performance to determine whether or not a subject may be under the influence of marijuana.
