Canada: 59% of Voters Support Legalizing Marijuana

TORONTO, ON — Nearly 6 out of 10 Canadian voters approve of the incoming Liberal government’s pledge to legalize, tax and regulate marijuana, according to poll results.

The Forum Poll results published this week found that 59% of Canadian voters support legalizing marijuana in the country, an significant increase since August, when the same poll found 53% in favor of the plan.
